RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We take pride in making sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from The Mala Company. Please read the following regarding our Returns & Exchanges terms.

 

  • At The Mala Company, all our TMC jewelry are handmade and we stand proudly behind the quality of our craftsmanship and take time to carefully check every item before shipping to our customers. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges, however should you notice a flaw, or one of your jewelry breaks within 30 days of purchase, we will happily restring it at no charge or allow an exchange. We only ask that you cover return shipping. We will ship the restring jewelry or exchange item to you at no cost to you.

  • Unless it is a technical error in terms of material and craftsmanship, any changes (resizing, swopping of materials etc) to a completed piece of jewelry will incur extra charges, depending on the scale of work that might be involved.

 

  • Should you be returning any defective jewelry to us, please contact us at admin@themalacompany.com before shipping it back to us. Give us a heads up on whether you are returning for an exchange or restringing of your initial purchased jewelry.

 

  • In your return package, please attach the return jewelry and proof of purchase that arrived with your order.

 

  • All return jewelry is your responsibility until they reach our office so please make sure they are packed properly before sending back to us.

 

  • Depending on the options available in your country, you are responsible for the cost of returning any jewelry to us. We recommend that you send back all return jewelry via a trackable shipping method and request for proof of posting from the postal service you are engaging.

  • For CREATE BESPOKE jewelry or customised pieces, all finalised completed jewelry are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
