This is up to the destination country and The Mala Company has no control over. You are responsible for any of these additional charges charged to you by your local authority of the destination country.


  • We accept credit or debit card payment via Paypal. If you are using a credit or debit care that is not denominated in US dollars, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day the transaction is being processed by your card issurer.


  • I have just placed an order and I’d like to change it or add another item to it.

  • What should I do if I did not receive any order confirmation?

  • Do you offer gift wrapping?

    • Certainly - we all love the excitement of unwrapping our gifts! All purchase of Mala Necklace will be packed individually in a TMC drawstring bag, nestled in a TMC gift box. All purchase of Mala Bracelet will be packed individually in a TMC drawstring bag.

    • Should you be purchasing only Mala Bracelets and like to have a gift box, an additional cost of USD5 will be incurred for each gift box.

    • Alternatively, 1 complimentary gift box per order will be provided for purchases exceeding USD120.

  • Do you offer customisation?

    • Yes we do! Details on how to get started on working on your customised Mala necklace or bracelet can be found on our page titled CREATE.


  • Sale items

    • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


  • All non-sale Items are exchangeable but non-refundable.
